Hugel, a leading global medical aesthetics company publicly traded in South Korea, is set to strengthen its global presence by bringing together global experts, overseas subsidiaries and industry partners at the Aesthetic & Anti-aging Medicine World Congress (AMWC), one of the world’s premier medical aesthetics conferences, taking place in Seoul from June 19 to 20.
The congress gathers leading experts in medical aesthetics and anti-aging from around the world to share the latest treatment trends, technologies and clinical insights. As AMWC will be held in Korea for the first time this year, it is garnering significant industry attention, underscoring the growing global influence of K-aesthetics.
Hugel’s key global subsidiaries, including teams from the U.S., Canada and Australia, along with European partners and healthcare professionals from across the globe, will participate in the event.
At its exhibition booth, Hugel will showcase its flagship portfolio, including botulinum toxin Letybo, hyaluronic acid dermal filler Revolax, BYRYZN Skin Booster HA and absorbable thread Licellvi.
On June 19, the company will host a luncheon symposium featuring leading Korean aesthetic experts. Dr. Sejin Kim of Lienjang Clinic Myeongdong and Dr. Hyoseung Jang of Pieobom Clinic Gangnam will share their clinical experiences and treatment approaches using botulinum toxin. In addition, Dr. Suneel Chilukuri of Refresh Dermatology in Houston, Texas, will present treatment experiences and clinical cases involving Letybo in the U.S. market.
Hugel will also organize a series of programs designed to offer global participants firsthand exposure to Korea’s advanced medical aesthetics scene. Ahead of the event, the company will host L.E.A.D. (Letybo Experience & Discovery), an educational and training seminar, with AMWC Korea from June 17 to 18, featuring live demonstrations and anatomy sessions that highlight Korea’s sophisticated procedural techniques and training capabilities.
To conclude the event, Hugel will host HUGEL L.E.A.D NIGHT on June 20, a networking program for global healthcare professionals.
“We believe it is highly symbolic that AMWC is being held in Seoul, which has emerged as a global hub for medical aesthetics and reinforces the global relevance of K Aesthetics,” said Carrie Strom, President and Global CEO of Hugel. “AMWC Korea will provide a meaningful opportunity for Hugel’s customers and colleagues to come together, exchange regional market insights and further boost global business synergies.”
