Safety and Health Management Objectives
1) Review and revise safety and health-related laws and regulations at least once every quarter.
2) Conduct risk assessments, taking into account the opinions of all employees, to identify hazardous factors in the workplace and achieve an improvement rate of over 80%. Additionally, to address residual risks, develop improvement plans considering site conditions, schedules, and manpower.
3) Identify and report at least one near-miss accident case through quarterly reporting, conduct ad-hoc risk assessments, and ensure 100% implementation of measures.
4) Ensure that all employees complete regular, special, and substance safety and health education, as well as job-specific training.
5) Establish a consultative body for subcontracting and outsourcing tasks lasting more than one month, and hold regular monthly meetings.
