Safety and Health Management Objectives
1) Create, revise or review regulations, guidelines and laws on safety and health at least once semi-annually.
2) Conduct risk assessments at least once semi-annually by collecting safety and health information such as interview questionnaires, safety and health hazards, and near misses.
3) Identify at least one near-miss per quarter, conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies frequently.
4) Ensure 100% completion of regular,special and material safety and health training and on-the-job training for workers.
5) In the case of a contract project for intermittent work exceeding a total of 60 days per year or temporary work that 60 days per year or temporary work that continues more than 30 days, a safety and health council shall be formed to hold regular meetings once a month and implement risk assessments and risk mitigation strategies frequently.
6) Publish a monthly web magazine for employees and share safety, health, fire and environmental issues through the company lounges and the online groupware’s bulletin boards.
